Sara Singh

FOUNDER

Ever since I was a child, I've been obsessed with manners and etiquette. It started when I was seven years old, and my mother signed my sister and me up for an etiquette course at the local library. Winning a copy of "Tiffany's Table Manners for Teenagers" sealed the deal for me – I was hooked!

Fast forward to adulthood, I found myself working as a lawyer. Through all the ups and downs of professional life, one thing remained clear: good manners aren't just about being polite; they're superpowers that can help you succeed and make the world a better place.

Following my passion, I graduated with honors from The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette’s prestigious training program, where I was instructed by the world’s leading experts who themselves were trained by a former member of The Royal Household of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and contemporary etiquette, I am eager to impart my knowledge to my students.

I found the term "Charm of Manner" in an 1860 etiquette book, "The Ladies' Book of Etiquette and Manual of Politeness" by Florence Hartley. To me, a person's Charm of Manner is their ability to use their personality, body language, and communication skills to create a positive impression on people and to make others feel comfortable and at ease in their presence. This includes engaging in conversation, displaying good manners, and showing genuine interest and concern for others. My goal as a teacher? To help you embrace your own Charm of Manner and find how empowering etiquette can be!
